Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Shipping Costs

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days,
• Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery: 8-10 business days after processing, once shipped.
• Delivery times are estimates and may shift due to weather or carrier delays outside our control.

How We Ship

• Shipped via trusted couriers with tracked delivery.
• Every package includes a tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can check your order status anytime at or contact us at contact@drapmode.com.

Missing Items

If something's missing from your order, let us know within 7 days of delivery at [contact@drapmode.com.]. We'll sort it out quickly — a replacement or refund, whichever fits.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).
